Me and My husband have charge 2 watches, he use android and I iOS6. Today we went on the same walk however he did 11 000 steps, 33 stairs, 11 km wheras I did 6000 steps, 2 stairs and 5,7 km... Why the differense? It cant only be strides lenght, beacause Im shorter then him and should therefor have more steps then him, but stairs and total lenght should be the same!

Hey hey hey @Machjo! Let me give you a warm welcome to the Forums! Hmmmm the difference between your results and your husband's is kinda high. In which hand is he using the Charge 2? on his non dominant or on his dominant? And in which hand are you using yours? The reason I'm asking this is because the way you wear your tracker, affects the amount of steps recorded. For example, we suggest to wear the wrist trackers on the non dominant hand so it won't record all of your movements as steps. To learn more about this, take a look at the information in this post.
Now regarding the floors, actually if your husband is taller, his tracker will count more floors because he is farther than you from the ground, so the altimeter, which is the mechanism that count the floors on your tracker, is more affected that yours with the atmospheric pressure, so in other words, it'll count just a few more floors. However as you stated, it seems that the amount went a little bit higher so I will suggest you to perform a restart of your Charge 2 and keep an eye on the results and see if both are pretty much the same.
Keep me posted!

Hi,
Last monday i had exaclty the same...
My boyfriend and I both just got the Charge 3 and went together on an uphill hike.
at the end He did 22.000 steps - I 17.000, he climbed 170 floors and I only 97, while we did exactly the same hike in the same pace. Seems strange?
We are almost the same height and both wear the fitbit on our left (non dominant) arm.
Thanks for your answer!
