Because of the Fitbit 2 being somewhat higher on my wrist then my normal watch, it snags and scratches easily. I called Fitbit support and was told my Fitbit is not under warranty, which I knew and the screen cannot be replaced. My option was to purchase a new Fitbit or a Versa. Unfortunately, not something I can afford to do.
Complety disappointed.

I did purchase Polywatch, unfortunately after using it, it showed my display has a superficial crack in it.
It floors me that Fitbit will not fix the display, or send me a used replacement Charge 2. They want you to purchase another Charge 2, it’s not about customer service, it’s all about the mighty dollar .
