Hello all,
I got my wife a Fitbit in January and today we can’t get the screen to work. It will vibrate and track her stats in the app but won’t turn on. We have tried all the forum suggestions of holding the power button for 8 seconds or plugging it in and holding it for 15 seconds, disconnecting it, then reconnecting it or even changing the clock face. None of the suggestions work and we are unsure of how to go forward with this.

Edit: it’s a Fitbit Charge 3.
