I just got my fit bit to weeks ago and dropped it when putting on and the screen already cracked. I just talked to fit pit about this and they said that there is nothing that they can do and they cannot repair the screen. They basically told me to throw in the trash and buy a new one. That seems crazy! How can you offer an expensive product and not offer a repair service. That would be like buying a new car and when it gets a flat tire saying sorry but we have no way of repairing cars so you will need to buy a new one... if something like this is not covered under warranty they should at least offer a service where you can get the screen replaced for fee instead of throwing it away every time you crack the screen. The reason I got the charge three it’s because it’s waterproof and with a cracked screen it’s no longer waterproof.

Sorry, but none of the Fitbit trackers are repairable, at least not by Fitbit. It would appear the Charge 3 is still too new for any third parties to offer parts. Also note, any 3rd party part or repair would void any warranty.
The screen is made of Gorilla Glass 3. That must have been some fall.

i took mine off my wrist and put it on the charger. I put it on in the morning and got in my car... liooked down and screen was cracked. After wearing it for the rest off the day (ie putting my hand in and out of my handbag) the crack was worse. It was 5 days old. This is NOT gorilla glas. McGorilla glass maybe! I'm back to wearing my hardly scratched C2.

Yeah and Fitbit won’t do anything for you except offer free shipping on a replacement unit. That’s an insult!

“As we further investigate, we verified that the crack on your tracker's screen is not eligible for a replacement.
Should you decide to purchase another fitness tracker we hope you'll consider Fitbit.”
I just got a C-HR3 for Christmas and the screen cracked and I just want it repaired. I don’t mind paying for the repair. What a rip off of a tracker.

"Accident damage is not covered under warranty and we do not have a repair service but we can offer you 25% off on a new tracker."
Why did I pay $180+ for something to have it for a month? Come on now. I'll be finding a new company to purchase from. I've been buying trackers from Fitbit for 4 years, and this has been the case twice, it's ridiculous.

Devastated I don’t have huge funds available in my bank. I got a charge 2 second hand I had it for nearly 2 years and loved it! My partner treated me to a upgrade at Christmas 2018 to a charge 3.
The screen has cracked and I have no idea how! I haven’t knocked It hard or dropped it I am so upset!

Just had my daughter's Charge 3 replaced because after charging it quit working. Took a whole month to get replaced then as soon as she goes to put the band back on, she drops it and it falls on the corner cracking the screen. So upset there is no replacement options for this silly issue!

Same issue - my son fell on his scooter and cracked his Charge 3 screen after having it for 3 days. Now a blank screen (although still vibrating etc). No repair options I can find and he’s devastated after blowing all his pocket money. Really disappointing given it’s a high cost item.

My son had his charge 3 for a week he fell over (on the grass!) And the screen smashed totally smashed! Fitbit say there's nothing they can do. I can't afford to buy him another 1. It is ridiculous that there is no warranty to cover this clearly massive issue.
Maybe Fitbit should do a recall on the charge 3 as it's clearly the MOST breakable tracker there is!

it makes me sick that you spend your hard earned money and this thing cracks in 2 sec. I will never buy one again and I encourage others to avoid them.

Mine has cracked on the inside. Which from researching isn’t that rare with charge 3s. People seem to think the battery is overheating making the screen crack from the inside/making it weaker over all.
You can wear a charge 3 swimming. If these are cracking on grass can you imagine catching it on the edge of a swimming pool
