Yesterday my Fitbit charge 3 screen went black and It didn’t connect to my device anymore. Initially the side button still caused the device to vibrate but then it stopped working and only vibrates when it’s plugged in. Have tried restarting it various ways over 10 times and nothing seems to work. Got a smiley face on the screen last night then nothing else happened after that and it went back to being unresponsive. What should I do?
