Screen brightness Charge 3

Is there a way to increase the screen brightness of my brand new Charge 3?  My previous Charge 3 was much brighter.  The battery IS fully charged.  Thanks!

On your screen, swipe left 4 times to settings. Tap settings to open, then tap to choose dim, normal or auto.

My screen is so dim I can't see it to even swipe left 4 times to setting.  Can anything be done from my laptop instead of the tracker?

Thank you for your inquiry and sharing that you were able to resolve the problem by going to the settings app on the device. 

@walker100, in addition to the brightness settings, make sure your device doesn't have the Sleep Mode or Do not disturb mode options on, as these settings make the screen darker.

If you need to check that on the actual fitbit - I can't as I can't see
anything. I don't see those options on the app.

Since there are so many complaints about a black screen I am assuming it's
time for a new one!
