Screen broke on charge 2

I woke up one morning and my screen on my Fitbit charge 2 had a large crack on it. I’ve only had my Fitbit since August of 2017 and have grown quite fond of it as I am fairly active and like seeing the achievements I gain. How do I go about getting a replacement? I already had to replace the original band as I was working commercial flooring at the time. But now that I am working in the fitness/wellness field I really rely on the capabilities of the watch. I hope that someone can help me. Thank you.

I also found similar long crack on the screen could not find the reason why it has cracked. After seeing the post in the community, it shows many of the users faced similar type of issues. It's really high-time for fitbit to take care of the quality of the band. Hope the issue will be solved to satisfy the customer need.

Just a warning to anyone thinking of getting a Charge 2 - don't!!!

My fitbit screen cracked after just over a year. Normal wear, never got it wet, never dropped it or anything.

Contacted fitbit and they said too bad so sad it's out of warranty. 

A $200 watch should last years, not a year and 2 months.

The screen is plastic and obviously doesn't stand up.

This is the 3rd fitbit charge 2 I know of with a broken screen. The other two peole were "lucky" enough to have it happen within a year so fitbit replaced it. I am out of luck as it happened too late for me.

Save your money and buy something else!!

II have the same problem - woke up today with two cracks in the screen.  C'mon, Fitbit, make a better screen! These expensive watch/fitness trackers should last longer than a couple of months after the warranty date ...

It's so strange, our of no where my 1.5 year old Fitbit charge2 mysteriously had a crack in the screen. Not impressed. I have NO idea how this happened.

My first Fitbit screen cracked, I’m on my second one - 3 months old - screen just cracked.....my daughter’s Fitbit screen has just cracked; my sons also cracked and so did my sisters.....all between 14 and 20 months old....of course all out of guarantee.

So much for a quality product.  And very poor responses from Fitbit customer services.....we won’t be buying them again that’s for sure.

I have the same issue on my charge 2. I dont even know how I got them there. 😞

Same happened to me! I did nothing to it and one morning I noticed the cracked screen.  Such a bummer. 😕
