I bought Fitbit Charge 3 at Best Buy in Miami 5 months ago. My screen stopped working, so I can't see the 4-digit code to pair the device! I tried to restart the device several times and nothing worked. I live in Brazil and found that there is no technical assistance for the product. Is there any way around the problem? How to get the pairing code without the bracelet display? Thanks.

Ive pressed the buttons to shut it down and reboot whilst charging -it’s syncing perfectly o k but I've just got a black screen - no clock etc
