Have a fitbit charge 2 and noticed the screen has a split/crack on the screen.  My fitbit has never been dropped nor hit onto any object that might cause the crack.  What's  up?  150$ wasted investment?

Interesting!  I have the exact same issue on my Charge 2.  The crack is very visible and outlines the natural curve of the screen.  I am so upset because I too have never dropped or even accidentally hit it on the face to cause the crack. Most retail stores too only carry the new Charge 3 which is great, but I have wrist bands that fit my Charge 2.   I feel that a replacement is the best and most respectable solution.

I also have a cracked screen on my Charge 2. I have never dropped it or treated it roughly. May I please be included in a trouble ticket? I love my Charge 2. It has helped me maintain my weight through exercise and motivates me. Can you please help me as well?
