Since the last firmware update, the battery life on my Charge 2 is very limited. For example, I charged it to 100% at 4:30 PM yesterday, it was at 55% at 8:30 am today and 10% and 9 am. The screen display was wonky this morning - the display was backwards. I charged it and the green lights on the back are on but the display is not working and it is not syncing to my iPhone app. This seems to be a known problem, how can I fix this?

I am facing the same issue since the last firmware update, my battery drained out overnight, and now after charging it again, there is no display and the green lights at the bottom are lit continuously.

I Spoke to Fitbit customer service and they offered me a 25% discount on a new Fitbit. This whole issue (in my opinion) was caused by their latest app update and this is not isolated incident.
I have been a loyal Fitbit customer for 6 year but not sure I will get another Fitbit. This is not how you treat loyal customers.

It is interesting that we are having the same problem. I just updated my firmware on Nov. 2nd and now I am having problems. However my wife and I have the same tracker - she is not have problems with her's. We both have the latest firmware updates. I contacted customer support and I am to have a fully charged battery and where it until it dies and then contact them back.
I am sure that I will get the standard we can't do anything about it but we will give you 25% off your next purchase. WHY would I buy another Fitbit when #1. you are the ones that pushed a firmware update and then broken my tracker, and #2. Sold out to Google. I don't want to be able to do anything with my tracker other than watch, steps, heart rate, and goals. I don't need another device to tell me who is calling (I have the disabled on my tracker)....I have a cell phone for that.
