My charge 2 has a blank screen but when I check the app it shows that it is still working. I've gone through this website and tried the recommended restarts. I can tell that the restarts have happened but my screen is still blank. I've also tried letting the battery die and recharging it. It charges fine and will track me but again nothing appears on the screen. What can be done about this? .
