My charge 3 screen went blank but is still synced and it charges and tracks me. I have tried changing the clock face and doing the long reset multiple times but when i reset it, it vibrates shows the line and the smile but nothing happens after that. I talk to someone who said the company would email me but I have heard nothing and it happened Tuesday.

This has happened to me as well. The screen comes and goes. I also have a horizontal line on the screen.

Exactly and this occurred over the path few months with dimming, now the screen is blank
