My tracker is fully charged and is still tracking (I can view on my phone) but the tracker itself is blank. Any suggestions?

My screen is getting harder to read and seems to be fading.

Mine was the same.
I needed to go into a very dark room and enter the menu that adjusts screen brightness.
Mine was set to "Low" or "Dim" when it was set to "bright" it was good.
