Screen issues while under warranty

Hi my screen has been fading away more and more over the past few days. I purchased the device from FNB ebucks a few months ago and the watch is still under warranty. My phone is synced to a Huawei p30 lite.

 

How should I go about having thos issue resolved??

That retailer doesn't seem to be on Fitbit's list of approved retailers so it may not be under warranty.

 

Best thing to do is to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com

 They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
