The other day after my Fitbit was charged the screen went glitchy and was upside down and backwards. I reset it and it was fine for an hour then it went back to upside down and backwards. The next day it was all pixeled and couldn't be reset. Now today the screen is completely black but it still connects to my phone and it vibrates for alarms and notifications. I don't even think I've had it for 2 years. What is going on? Seems to me if you spend this much money on something it should work a heck of a lot longer than this. My husband got a larger watch Fitbit at the same time and his recently stopped registering his heart rate (which is unfortunate as he has an actual heart condition).. rather disappointed in Fitbit🙁
