Screen not visible

My screen is hardly visible it seems to have faded

Mine too, yesterday. I can't tell when to press "start" etc so my GPS tracker hasn't worked.

Spoke to a very helpful guy on live chat. Make sure your sleeper mode is not switched on. Mine was so it works perfectly now

There's a brightness setting. You may have accidentally set it to dim.

With the display on swipe left twice and look for 'Settings'. Tap it and Brightness will be the first one displayed at the top. Tap it to cycle through the three options: Auto, Normal, and Dim
