I bought this Fitbit in January of 2019, it has been working fine until a week ago. The day started off fine with full working screen notifications, etc. Then the screen went black with a single white bar. I looked online and found forums advising what to do. I did a restart, that did not work. I did a long restart, that did not work. It is charged and still syncs with the app, but I can't read the screen. It was still vibrating when I received a text message, but now that has stopped.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
