Screen on Charge 3 blank

Hi. The screen on my charge 3 went blank overnight.  I have tried putting it on charger and rebooting (holding button for 8 secs) a number of times. Have also tried holding for 15 secs as some say to do.  It is picking up steps etc, just can’t access screen. Have also tried resetting the clock face to different configuration.  I purchased the Fitbit in July 2019.

I had the same issue. You will need to get in touch with Fitbit. I had to have mine replaced, sounds faulty
