Hello!
I've had my Fitbit ionic for a while and since the iOS update, like many others, the notifications have stopped. The Fitbit then had issues with the exercise function and what not. I reset my phone and the Fitbit and did every step that all of these boards have told me to do.
So I chalked it up to being the Fitbit is almost 3 years old and I've worn it to the ground. I bought the Charge 3 yesterday and it's brand new from the box and NO notifications are coming through either!! I reset my phone back to factory settings and redid it. I've updated both my phone and the Fitbit and completed all the necessary steps to have it work. I'm very frustrated can someone please help.
I need this for work as I'm working as a nurse and don't have access to my phone for hours during the day. Thanks!
