Just got the charge 3 today but I’ve had it charging for 10-15 minutes and nothing is happening.
gold “spikes” in contact with the ports but nothing happening
what am I doing wrong?

finally loaded up but it’s going from 17% down to 5% back up to 17% and now it’s at 50% and now back down 23%????
what is actually going on?? And as I type, it is now at 5% Hahaha unbelievable.

Now it’s at 0% and yes the charge is linked up correctly and I only got it today so there should not be any issues so what’s the script? Nearly 3 hours I’ve been charging for

I got my Fitbit charger 3 today and it took a fair time for it to start up and once it did start up it takes very long to charge. In the last 2.5 hours or so I’ve seen the percentage be at 50% dropping back down to 23% before going back to 40% then down to 17% and now all I have is the Fitbit/setup message appearing and I can’t even set it up due to the low battery despite it being on charge for nearly 3 hours, I’m very close to returning this as this is a ridiculous length of time to be waiting to set something up and I’m seeing the sad battery face when I press the button. It’s nearly been 3 hours how can it still be a low battery and yes I’ve got the charger in the correct place
