Charge 3 display fading

I have had a charge 2 since June of last year.  The top half of my screen is not displaying. The bottom half shows up fine but literally from halfway up the screen to the top of the screen there is nothing. I've reset the Fitbit a couple of times over the past few days & that doesn't fix it. The brightness is set as high as it will go in my setting. Any idea what the problem could be?

It's great to see you around, @Lehallr.

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. If your tracker's screen isn't working, I recommend checking this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

I did the reset & nothing changed. In fact, in the last 2 days the bottom
part of the screen that was readable is now barely readable. It is still
vibrating on the hour & tracking steps though

I did resets both ways described & nothing imptoved.  My screen is now to the point that the only thing visible is the bottom half of the numbers of my step count & that is very dim
