Woke up today with a dull part om my charge 3. I have reset on a number of times and altered brightness. Nothing has helped so have contacted manufacturer to see if there's anything I can do or if it needs repairing. I will keep the community updated incase anyone else sufferers the same issue.

Great news! I was able to get through for some help through chat support. They were able to confirm that my Fitbit is busted and they sent me a link for a replacement! I hope you're able to get the same support!

This is happening to me too. I checked out your photo and that's exactly the way mine looks. This same thing happened with my Charge 2 until the screen went entirely blank and I ended up buying a new Fitbit. I've tried chatting in with the support team a few times, but I keep getting cut off, and now I can't even get to the chat support page 😕. I've tried resetting, long resetting, and charging fully. None of these is helping. I'm hoping you get an answer for this so I can get one too!

I've called twice and got the same response: "you'll be notified when the problem is resolved". Sounds to me many people have the same problem so they hand pick ones they want to help!
