Screen problems with Fitbit Charge 3

Hello 

I am having issues with my Fitbit charge 3 screen, it has lost its pixels at the top of the screen.

 

I love my charge 3 and have had no problems up until now. So I am gutted this has happened, it’s only 11 months old.

Any suggestions on how to fix it would be really welcomed.

Let me help you with this. Did you follow @SteveH suggestions. These includes the restart and contacting our Support team. I would like to confirm that you have tried these suggestions since I couldn't find any tickets for you for our Support team.

Hello guys!

I tired the suggestions Steve gave, but to no avail - I now need to raise a ticket with Fitbit support team

Hello

My screen has got worse, to the point I cannot see the time. Or progress during some workouts.

I’m having to manually log work outs.

Proper gutted.

@BeckyBex81 sorry to hear that the issue persists.

 

As mentioned before Support has a ticket for you but due to recent events affecting our operations, Support may need more than 7 business days to respond.
