Hello
I am having issues with my Fitbit charge 3 screen, it has lost its pixels at the top of the screen.
I love my charge 3 and have had no problems up until now. So I am gutted this has happened, it’s only 11 months old.
Any suggestions on how to fix it would be really welcomed.
Kind regards
Becky

@Kazbags65 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with this. You can actually manually log sleep by following these instructions. Remember that you do need to have your tracker on your wrist as it detects how much you move during the night to see how deeply you have rest.
Let me know how it goes.
