Come on fit bit! Just activated my new charge 3 on Christmas Day. Timeout for screen is way too fast. Make this configurable  in next update please. Previous posted solution is not an actual solution.

I’m having the same problem just received this for Christmas and you can’t read what’s on the screen it goes off too fast. Please help

Good luck with an update. Been waiting 2 months. Fitbit doesn’t care about its customers.

As much as I'm mad a fitbit for their absolutely terrible customer service and product the IONIC.  My wife bought me a new Charge 3 knowing I was upset I had 2 ionics die within 13 months.  I will give it a chance,  but I'm not holding my breath.  I can tell you this,  it seems more comfy than the ionic.

 

And yes,  the screen timeout is ridiculously short..  Fitbit,  what were you flipping thinking?  Oh right,  I know the answer to this.

Seems like a nobrainer. Add it to the Screen Wake config, Called Screen Sleep timer
