I have had a black screen for 3 days, read all the comments about this and how the restart isn't working. I tried the changing the clock through the app and that worked.... for now anyways. Seems like there is a defect with the Charge 3 😞 Good luck! Hope changing the clock works for ya'all too!

I’ve tried rebooting; changing clock face; tapping screen etc.
blank screen now for a week. Any other ideas as this charge 3 is only 10 months old. Very disappointed as I upgraded from an Alta
