The screen on my Charge 3 started going dim a few days ago. Yesterday the screen went completely black and I can't see anything. I tried changing the clock face and that didn't help so I let it die and charged it. When it charged, I checked it and the screen was still black. I checked other posts to see if there was anything to do and followed all the steps to do a reboot with a black screen and have tried doing that multiple times with no success. Has anyone had this problem and gotten it fixed?

I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. i CHARGED MY FITBIT THEN THE NEXT DAY THE SCREEN WENT DARK. I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING BUT MY STEPS ARE STILL CALCULATING ON MY CELL PHONE APP.
HOW DO YOU DO A REBOOT?

There are detailed steps in some of the other posts but you hook your fitbit up to the charger and hold the button down for 8 seconds and it is supposed to reboot.
