Screen won’t let me scroll

I had the same problem.  I held the on/off button for a couple of seconds and the screen changed. Then I was able to scroll again. Just a thought that worked for me.

Thanks, I'll give a try, Ive stop using it due to its faults tbh, and fitbit won't give me a refund even though its still in the return date, they just ignore the issue, its safe to say I won't be getting another one

Hold on/off button until screen changes. Then press again to bring up time and you should be able to scroll

This worked for me, and I've had my Fitbit for more than 11 months. Also, my screen was cracked so I thought that had something to do with it, but this solution worked for me.
