How do I reset the sensitivity on my sleep to normal?

To change your sleep sensitivity setting:

iPhones and iPads

  • In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab , then tap your profile picture.
  • Tap Advanced Settings --> Sleep Sensitivity and make your changes.

  • From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon then your device image.
  • Click Sleep Tracking and make your changes.
