I have a Charge 2 and it starts up with displaying version 22.53.04. It then goes to the www.fitbit.com/setup screen and gets stuck there. Trying to sync it on iphone, ipad or Macbook will just not work. It seems the Charge 2 can not be discovered.
Any tips on how to hard reset the Charge 2 or get it to work?
Pretty useless device if I can not connect to the app or even see the information on the device display?

Seems odd that you're unable to setup your device, even though there's no hard reset for this specific device as per your inquiry, if you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:
1. Restart your Fitbit device.
2. After your Fitbit device has restarted, reboot your iOS device.
3. Open the Fitbit app, tap "Join Fitbit,” and then proceed through the setup process.
