Shocked by this call..

I just came back from just walking my dog not even at all runny .. Just down the street and than I suddenly happen to notice .. On my cell phone that I had been connected to the 911 .. I immediately panicked thinking my cell phone on accident called it while it was in my pocket maybe it was not completely turned off the screen. Than did not understand since i barely got enough sleep (3 hour barely ) due to a health issue and woke up at 8:20am; had to walk my dog. 

I have never really knew anything about the Fit-Bit watch brands besides I have seen them on display in the stores. This is my first time even owning any thing like this. 

I just was shocked and also very impress even though it is scared me since I did not even fall.

I was wondering or curious has any one else experience is happening while using their Fitbit with a cell phone of any kind I have an Android FYI I don't know if anybody else could give any input . thank you everyone & be safe.

I also had this happen to me today 5/31/2020. Was walking with some friends and one friend did fall. A few minutes later I was getting a call from dispatch stating that they were just on the phone and heard about someone falling. We didn't call 911.

Let me help you with your Fitbit Charge 3. I want to clarify that your tracker can't dial a number (it doesn't even have the option to enter numbers on it). Please check your phone settings and make sure the screen is locked when having it inside your pockets. You could also restart your phones.

I no longer use my charge 3. The call happened while using my Versa 2.
