Showing zero steps on phone

I uninstalled then reinstalled my Charge 2. The tracker shows the correct date and steps, but the phone shows zero. I have tried rebooting my phone and I logged in on my computer also, but it still shows zero steps and etc.

@amlete A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your steps aren't showing on your account. Is there a reason you initially removed your tracker from your account? Could you share a screenshot of your dashboard? What does the tracker shows as tracked steps?

I look forward to your reply!

I got a different fitness tracker so I uninstalled it then I decided to use it again. I am not sure of how to do a screen shot. The tracker shows the correct amount of steps.

@amlete thank you for the update and sorry for the late reply. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Keep me posted!
