I have been a Fitbit user for years but for some odd reason my fitbit has stopped recording my sleep and steps. I was working fine and just out of nowhere stopped recording my steps no sleep on 01/03 last recorded day. I have emailed and called customer service since trying to get this resolved and nothing. I have reset fitbit, disconnected app and fitbit from phone and app and reset and nothing. I refuse to buy another fitbit again. Does anyone knoe how to do a complete factory reset on the fitbit charge 2? The only reset instructions I found have not worked for me.

Fist, I'd like to let you know that it's not possible to perform a factory reset on your Charge 2, reason why I suggest you to contact our Customer Support team if you require further assistance with your device or if you have any additional questions about the outcome of your case with them.
