Hi, I upgraded my firmware on my charge 2 and lost all my sleep data. Does anybody know what this is about?

Mine has only recorded about 25% of my sleep properly since September.

after I use the bathroom during the night and return to sleep, my Fitbit only records the 1st half...or it doesn’t record any sleep.

fitbit is fully charged and snug on my wrist

any ideas ?

No, I am trying to figure out why my does not record sleep on some nights but it does others..................
