Just this week my Fit Bit Charge 2 does not record my sleep for the entire sleep cycle. As recently as last week it was staying on for the duration even when I got up in the middle of the night. Now it seems to quit when I get up in the 2am range. Is it a device malfunction or is there something I should be doing to set it differently at the onset or during the evening? Thanks

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is your device not recording sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? In the meantime I receive your answers, please make sure that the sleep settings of your device are configured in normal and not sensitive.
