My charge 2 is no longer recording my sleep. I’ve logged off and back on without effect.

Chances are it is also not accurately recording your heart rate. I discovered this issue this morning, no heart rate and no sleep data.
So people have had some luck by restarting the charge 2 and re-syncing. I have not been lucky.
