My charge 3 doesn’t give me my score daily. I have received it 3 or 4 times in a two week period. I’ve paid for the premium Fitbit, that didn’t make a difference.
Are you seeing sleep stages or simple sleep.
Without sleep stages there will be no score.
If you are getting simple sleep. Look below the graph you might find your answer there.
Since Monday 15 Jun 20 my Charge 3 has not tracked sleep, (before it worked perfectly).
It says I have had 1 hour 11 on 1 night / 23 mins another night - what is happening?
It says that I need more than 3 hours sleep, but I am getting that - problem is that it is not tracking.
Please help. Thanks
