I have a Charge 3 and it records my sleep but it doesn't tell me anything about my sleep stages.  Doesn't record light, deep, rem.  All I get every night is NO STAGES.  I can't find anywhere to activate the stages.  Anyone have a solution?

Hi @sueburt1,

Just to clarify, are you getting the basic Sleep Stages?  Would you mind attaching a screenshot so we can see what's going on?

I'm having real difficulty uploading that screen shot to this message board but I can tell you that what I see on the screen is simply NO STAGES.  I get no REM, light, or deep stages. I can't find anything in the settings to change that.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. Tells me how long I've been asleep, which I'm a little dubious about, but says "no stages". Won't show REM stage etc. Also says "sleep not tracked" on device.

Yep. Every 2-3 weeks I may get readings of Rem, light, deep & awake stages. Then I’ll only get what they call sleep pattern for weeks. What is so baffling is I used to get sleep stages EVERY day. Same wrist, same bed, etc., etc. Nothing has changed but my Fitbit reading. Frustrating
