Hi! I was wondering if anyone can tell me why the Sleep Start Time would me later than when I know I went to sleep. It’s usially pretty accurate. Last night I looked at the time before going to sleep and it was 10:37. I’m sure I was asleep by 11pm. I woke up at 1:21am to go to the bathroom and felt rested so I know I had been sleeping. This is the time it recorded as my Sleep Start Time. Ideas?

I will gladly assist you with this issue. Check your previous day sleep logs. Usually when the sleep is split the one started the previous night may show for the previous day. You could also share a screenshot of the sleep logs on your account.
