The screen on my Charge 2 went black as of yesterday...notifications are still received, it tracks, just no visibility on the watch! I’ve tried restarting it and it does not help at all. This is my 3rd Fitbit in a span of 4 years...I like the brand but I cannot afford to keep buying them if they are giving up on me too soon. Please help!

I will help you with this issue on your Charge 2. Since the restart didn't work (and thank you for taking the time to do this) the next step is letting our Support team know. You will get an email from them as I have created a ticket for you.
