Sleep tracker

My sleep tracker is only tracking basic sleep.. ive tried everything that is posted on the website to rectify this but to no avail . Help please

I suppose this is what you have already tried, but just to be sure,

Another thing is to check your daily heart rate graph on fitbit.com to see if you have heart rate recorded steadily through the night.  If not, that can prevent detecting sleep stages.  If that is the case, it might mean your tracker is slipping on your wrist overnight.  You might try making it one hole tighter, adjust its position on wrist, or  switch to other wrist to get consistent heart rate reading.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
