I have had my Charge HR for a week now and still am unable to get rational sleep tracking results. Last night I went to be at 6:30 PM, got up to go to the bathroom at 11:30 PM and got up this morning at 6:30 AM. All times from my Charge HR watch. The tracker shows that I went to bed at 21:30 or 9:30PM and shows that I was awake from 2AM to 2:41AM and got up at6:07AM. The time on my Charge HR is the same as my bedroom and computer clocks so I do not understand the differences. Over the past week I have experimented with wearing the Charge HR on the outside and outside of my left (non-dominant) wrist and also using regular and sensitive settings with little if any change. Any ideas?

Very welcome to the Community @eoindubh! My best friend just to have the same issue, but, she didn't have the latest version of the Fitbit app. Do you have it?. If you don't try this steps: "Latest Update Android App", after that restart your Charge HR and test your tracker tonight. In addition, let me share with you this article "Sleep tracking FAQs" where you'll find a lot of tips to improve your Zzzz.
I really hope this works for you, let me know how it goes!

I have the latest update as of yesterday. Last night my sleep tracking did not show up the proper time that I went to bed. It was 2 hours off. I am writing down the time that I go to bed, the times that I get up to go to the bathroom and get back to bed and the time that I get up. They are all off by some amount. I will check the Sleep Tracking FAQs and see what happens tonight.

That is very weird @eoindubh! At this point, you can try a Factory Reset on your tracker and after that, try to set it up as a new Fitbit device. Please try the restart at first thing in the morning.
Keep me posted, I'll be around!

I went through a Factory Reset and last night, although the time is correct, I went to bed at 9:45 PM the dashboard shows 11:40 PM. I am also having trouble with syncing. If I force a sync it always fails unless I take the Charge HR off and place it within a couple of inches of the dongle. Then it sometimes syncs and sometimes does not.

Thank you very much for your update @eoindubh. At this point I recommend to contact Costumer Support, they will be more than happy to further investigate your issue and find the best solution to get you back on track.
Keep me posted, I'll be aware!
