Hi,my charge 3 is saying no device found and then it syncs but the exercise I did this morning hasn't registered.. everything else updates when it syncs but still says 2 days of exercise done whereas I've done 3.. plse help..I've restarted phone and fitbit and switched off bluetooth countless times... nothing

Having the same issues. so annoying to say the least. We know how to uninstall and reset the thing. How about fixing it so it actually works!

Yep got thE same article about switching hands. What a joke! They can’t even admit when there is an issue. I think it’s time to stop
investing in fitbits and find an alternative that actually helps when you contact them with an issue. 😡
It's frustrating cause it can get it to sync once after we reset the Fitbit on the app, like it's your first time setting it up, then 5 mins later it won't sync up!
Mine doesn’t sync if I’m on my Wi-fi since the last Apple update. If I leave the house then walk for about half an hour away from Wi-fi, it often syncs. Ridiculous. And still not syncing any exercise other than steps. So fed up with Fitbit not acknowledging the problem and not fixing it.
Best AnswerRec'd a response from my email to fix the issue. They told me I can manually enter the exercise. And no reply to fixing the issue on their end.
Best AnswerI was told the same thing. Why didn't they just say we are having issues and are working on it? I spent way too much time with tech support yesterday wasting their and my time.

Best AnswerI contacted them through twitter yesterday evening & got the standard replies that everyone else suggested - they suggested i manually log exercise - i said that is not the point - i don't want to have to remember to do that! I also said that there are lots of people with the same problem - miraculously it has just recorded my brief lunchtime walk but still not synced the data for Tues & Wed. They also suggested the long restart which i had done several times anyway... Not vey satisfactory reply
