Soft reset

When trying to complete a soft reset the smiley face doesn’t appear after 8 seconds. I have even tried holding a bit longer. The Fitbit is not letting me know when I have a call so I wanted to reset it. It is syncing fine with my other stuff.

Are you performing a restart? The tracker needs to be plugged in and charging.

 

Do you receive any notifications?

What phone so you have?
