Software Update for charge 2

Even with support of Fitbit Hotline it was not possible to solve my problem: We could not solve the problem to update the software due to connection problems. Also with computer and connection via cable no chance. The problem is obviously the software, and the company is not able to solve its own problem. The daily synchroniziing af measured data runs smoothly.  Does anyone have the same problem?

@Richard_Keller It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you updating your Charge 2 firmware. Lets try clearing the connection between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

I have tried all these stuff.   Also via PC und cable. Nothing helped!
