Software update

I'm assuming there's yet another software update on my recently purchased Charge 2 as it's lost sync with my app (Android).  Just tried to re-pair it but it sat 'connecting' for the around 5 minutes.  Hoping it doesn't end up the same as my previous fitbit which had major problems after a software update - although I didn't realise that was the issue until afterwards and after I'd purchased my latest one - it was out of warranty but still shouldn't happen.  I'll be keeping a close watch(!) on it and if the same happens fitbit will lose all future business from me.  Just felt like a moan... no responses necessary..

Have you checked help, @Ade_Mal 

 

Yes unpairing a tracker from the phones Bluetooth is a good idea but doesn't require a repair or setup the tracker.

Definitely had to pair it again. Back working thankfully but I'll be in the lookout for problems.
