Hi all I have the charge 2 and the touch screen on the specialised category’s in the app on my phone is unresponsive, I have synced the phone to the watch and turned off and in again but it’s still not working. I can go in to the app and work my way around everything it’s just when I go to the specialist categories like add food, daily exercise, bpm, water etc it’s not letting me open them when I press on them. Can anyone help please my phone works total fine and screen is not damaged etc it’s just the specialised categories actually in the fit bit app on phone ?

Hello @LKB69 what specialized categories are you referring to?
Ar you asking about the Charge 4 or the Fitbit App on the phone? If your asking about the Fitbit app, we will need yo know what phone the app is on?
