Charge 2 shows code 22:58:00

My fitbit keeps dying randomly and showing the fitbit logo and the numbers 22:58:00 under it. There doesn't seems to be reason why it is happening. Has anyone ever had this?

@Hpowell10 Welcome to the Community.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing a code. What you are seeing is the firmware version of your device which is the latest one. I suggest you try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.

Let me know how it goes.

My fit bit worked fine until this afternoon, when that code appeared. After restarting my fit bit, per your instructions, now it still shows code but also www.fitbit.com/setup.

@Jordan3-1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing the setup page. If this is the case then you will need to set it up again. I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker before the setup by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. After this setup your tracker.

Let me know how it goes.
