Stats didn't reset at midnight

Charge 2 did not reset to 0 at midnight and shows yesterday's + todays total steps, floors etc.

Hello @Shri-Fit welcome aboard. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm here to give you a hand with this situation.

Seems odd that your device didn't reset your stats at midnight. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you restarting you device following the next steps:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the device. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your Fitbit is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the Charge 2 vibrates and you see a battery icon on your device display. 
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your Fitbit:
    • For Charge 2—press and hold the button on your device for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the device vibrates, the Charge 2 restarted.
  5. Unplug your device from the charging cable.
