Stats incorrect after last update (Nov 2020)

Over the last few days, I believe after the last update, many of my stats are incorrect.

Heart rate - displaying very high rates that do not correlate with my actual measured rate (carotid pulse).  Resting heart rate is unchanged thankfully.

Active minutes - super high to the point of laughable.  400 active minutes yesterday while I was sitting at my home office desk working, and only got 2000 steps. This is up 400 minutes compared to usual for a work from home day for me 😂

This is not registering actual activities, just minutes.

Sleep tracking - not working presumably because the heart rate and active minutes are not reading correctly.

I have tried disabling the heart rate measurement on the device itself, turned off automatic activity detection, have performed a hard reset about three times.  Nothing as worked yet.

Wondering if someone from support team could please let me (and others) know if this is already on your radar and if we have an ETA on a fix?

Thanks!

Is this following the last iOs App update by any chance?  That appears to be buggy as heck - indeed, anyone reading this who has NOT yet updated, I'd strongly suggest holding off for the next one in the hope that it may fix issues seemingly being created by the November one.

In the meantime @NurseNerdy - several deletions of the app and reinstallations seem to have - albeit potentially only temporarily - sorted out a significant issue that I was having so that could be worth a try. Time consuming and irritating, yes. Will you actually want to rely on any of the data from the device afterwards? Probably not. Might at least get it to some sort of working state again though - at least for a short while.

Thanks so much!  I’ll give that a try!

This has got to be fitbit's problem. My daughter's tracker charge 3, my Versa Lite, and a friend's tracker all quit tracking heart rate within the past 3 days. I think they should fix it instead of you and me

Agreed!  I had hoped that someone from the support team would have replied by now. Sigh.
