Hello, 

I've been trying to resolve my step tracker, it consistently tracks only 75-85% of my steps. Restarted, synced, and all personal data is correct. After reading forums, I've also ensured to test when I'm not pushing a stroller or cart so my arms are swinging. Are there any other fixes?

I also notice that the distance is about 10% off as well. For example, after walking a mile, it shows only .9 miles covered.
